First aired between 2005-2009, Prison Break was a critical and commercial success, going down in TV history as one of the preeminent series of the late 2000s. Now, FOX has revealed a trailer for a brand new season, which picks up some years after the events of the last season and finds Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) in a Moroccan prison. When his brother Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell) and wife Sara (Sarah Waynes Callies) catch wind that Scofield — who they previously thought was dead — is trapped halfway around the world, they gather Fox River State Penitentiary’s most notorious escapees to hatch a plan to return the favor. After a rumored release date of March 18 was subsequently pushed back, we have received confirmation from an anonymous source that the next installment of Kanye’s Yeezy Boost 750 sneaker series will be dropping June 11.
We imagine it’ll be the brown and gum iteration which has been floating around on the internet for a while now, and while that hasn’t been confirmed yet, our source told us that the colorway is named “Grilleg,” which sounds to me like an abbreviation of “grilled eggplant,” or the name for some sort of exotic chicken casserole. A quick Google of the word “grilleg” brings up everything from Twitter handles to Indian chicken steak, so if you’ve got any thoughts on where the cryptic name for this new colorway could come from, let us know in the comments.
Most likely it’s just the code that’ll appear on the shoe’s box (much like “pirblk” for the “Pirate Black” colorway of the 350 Boost).
Stay tuned for further release info as it’s made available, and for more from the blockbuster sneaker series, check out the adorable baby versions of the kicks, which are set to drop in August.
